Overview

To support each student’s success, we need and expect the cooperation of our parents, who should understand and embrace the School’s mission, share its core values, and fully endorse its programs, faculty and staff.  When joined by a common set of beliefs and purposes, the School and its parents form a powerful team with far-reaching positive effects on both the students and the entire school community.  (Adapted from the Association of Maryland Independent Schools Parent Statement.)

At Fenster we seek to provide opportunities for parents to be engaged appropriately and actively in the life of the School.  Each year these opportunities vary depending on the School’s needs and parent interest.  We do keep our parents apprised of these options and welcome parent suggestions.
