Fenster’s combined rural/urban location affords many opportunities for 
weekend activities. From exploring the Sabino Canyon recreation area to sampling the many offerings of Tucson from art galleries to museums, movies to shopping, and symphonies to theater, Fenster students can enjoy it all. In addition, the University of Arizona with its many cultural and sporting events is just a short drive from campus. Further afield, trips are also planned to such locations as the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, and Sedona.
Students are very involved in the selection and planning of weekend activities. And, in addition to the on- and off-campus opportunities, weekends also offer time for relaxing and socializing.
