Application Process

  • The Application for Admission should be completed by the student

Note: Students will need their Social Security numbers to register for standardized tests (ACT/PSAT/SAT) and to enroll in classes at Pima Community College

  • The Family Information Form should be completed by the parent/guardian
  • The Application for Admission and the Family Information Form should be returned to the Fenster School Admissions Offiice; please be sure to include the appropriate application fee and to sign and date all forms where required
  • Financial aid information will be mailed to those families who request it by checking “Yes” on the Family Information Form
  • An official transcript and standardized test scores should be included with the recommendation form from the student’s Math, Science and English teachers
  • Schedule an on-campus tour and interview
  • International students:
    • TOEFL or SLEP are not required-ESL offered
    • who are unable to schedule an on-campus tour and interview should e-mail the admissions office to schedule a date and time for an interview via the internet
    • submit a letter from a financial institution and/or other documentation indicating the family’s ability to pay the tuition and all expenses as stated on the Tuition and Expenses sheet
    • who are accepted will be sent information regarding the I-20 Immigration form
  • Enrollment is available, space permitting, throughout the academic year
